Chicken/beef soup, multigrain rice with quinoa and Somali spinach as a side dish

My Dinner
Mostly buckwheat and salmon or beef. Sometimes just some oats

I stay away from anything with white flour because high visceral fat runs in my dads family so this keeps me lean and size uk 10.
