Whole grain- oats, soor, popcorn and whole meal bread

Good fats- avocado, almonds, eggs, ghee, olive/ oil, coconut flakes/oil, flaxseed oil and chia seed.
Prophetic food- honey, black seed, milk, wheat, dates and fig.
Supplement- vitamin d and omega 3.
And try not to eat out and avoid processed/junk food.
 
Agree with most on here. Also cut back on sugar and processed foods, and drink lots of water. Invest in an Instant Pot too. And if you live with family, you may get push back by eating healthy and "clean." Some somali hooyos don't get why you're eating rabbit food lool. Just persevere and you will do fine iA.
