You can look better than her without starving yourself like she probably is. Just eat low-carb. Red meat, poultry, fish, eggs and some hard cheeses if you digestively handle them well.
It's not hard, walaal. Just push through those first few weeks of carb/sugar withdrawal, ease yourself into it (reduce plants and carbs slowly overtime) and make sure BOTH protein and fat content are decent where you up them if you feel fatigue or hunger until you don't (eat until the meat/food tastes like paper and you're thus truly full) with 1-2 meals a day and just wait.
Throw in some resistance training like calisthenics, dumbbells, and compound lifts and you'll look superb in a year or so depending on how much you need to lose. It's a cheat-code to life. Imagine chowing down on egg-meat scrambles, fatty foods, grilled or roasted chicken and stuff like halloumi fried up in brown butter and leaning out and feeling mentally great as you do it.
