Have you ever grown dreads? How long did it take? How long your hair has to be before you can do it? Does it work with the Somali hair type. How often did you use to wash your hair?. I'm a sanitation s I can't imagine not washing my hair daily. Some folks told me that you can't wash your hair at all if you've dreads, I think that's nasty and there's more into the story.

You can wash your hair, just don’t brush it. I have the same hairtype as you and Knaan. After growing it for a while, what happened to me after long periods of time my hair would lock up. Just grow your hair and don’t brush it.
