You can't read can't you Laasqoray is its own district, we have a Laasqoray local council if you didn't know not everything has to do with SL.185

Yh I’d agree, circa 3 million and rapidly growing. But what I’m saying is this is excluding the IDPs camped outside which number more than a million@bidenkulaha Mogadishu population is roughly 3 million realistically. However this local election has proved Puntland are very lucky to have a population > 2.5 million and that’s just how it is.
Take It easy, most of reer Puntland dont have time for locaL electIons. If It was presIdental then numbers wilL be bigger.
Plus those non puntlanders making funny in our achivement and cant free their lands from Alkabaab

Would an election even take place with candidates
If all the political parties participate (10 candidates per party) then atleast 50% of registred voters will be candidates

I brought nothing but numbers and statistics.
I am genuinely curious to hear your response regarding the matter in municipality budgets.
The best way to develop our regions is to devolve power centrally to locally.This means having function local council that have budgets to deliver crucial services to our people such as education,policing, health, waste and etc.
If you ain't happy to discuss these aspects then I won't bother you.

We got a jail built, a road financed, a courthouse, 3 new deep water rigs. Badhan District is the most productive district in Sanaag atm. Can't say the same about the rest.
Laasqoray will get its own stuff sorted don't worry about it. We'll finish the Ceeldaahir Ceerigaabo road then put our focus North.
@Tropical Breeze Badhan district is the 10th largest out of 89 in Somalia. It should have easily registered more than 90,000 people.
Reer Badhan should question the director of TPEC for the laziness in reaching the mostly nomadic population and focusing on the settlements. 80% of Badhan district is nomadic.

Damala Xagare being 480 people is also off. Its the co-capital of the Bah Ogayslabe along with Carmale. TPEC never went to the miyi of Damalka.
