I did not read your post but going by the title, I would have to say no saxiib. Liyuu police are known to have committed crimes against humanity and ruling their region with absolute fear terrorizing the poor nomadic communities in and around the border. Somalia does not need that energy, what we need is capable leaders and patience, we have to also trust our dowlad to do its job.
