You're full it. Sacad have at best just one xaafad which is Baraxle in South Galkacyo which is no more than 15% of Galkacyo. The main portion of the city is in PL control including the main airport Abdullahi Yusuf International Airport. Puntland denied you mooryans joint custody of Abdullahi Yusuf International Airport and you had no choice but to built a dusty runway in South Galkacyo as Galhutu airport. Embarrassing.
