I Always thought Chicago was most dangerous in America? I’m from England so I don’t know much apart from rap tunes and all. But I recently found out Louisiana has a lot of cities worse than Chicago. Why is it seen as bad?

Chicago is dangerous as well but the highest crime rate spot in USA belongs to Detroit then Baltimore. Other smaller cities make up the spot in the top 10 but their ratio of crime to population doesn't make up the spot.

What about hargeisa?

Hargeisa is very peaceful despite its big population but you do get the usual burglaries and muggings. Hargeisa could be mugging capital lots of youths love to steal phones there few years back it got so bad dozens of youths had to be arrested, people couldn't walk at night in the alleys and in the open.
