I've always been active.

I cycle to work, run 2-3 times a week, and play football once or twice a week.

I've started lifting again, which i'm enjoying.

Do you workout?

Also, why is it rare for the elders (and girls) in our community to workout?
 
I have subscribed to a local gym, never went there
I've gotta admit: I don't like gyms.

I've bought a bench press, dumbbells, olympic barbell, and a pull up bar. This has been good so far. I'll buy a squat rack soon. Then I could do pretty much everything I want.

Yes I exercise, I've been consistently working out for a little over a year and it's done wonders for me.
 
Not anymore, my old muay thai gym's closed and I haven't touched a barbell in months. I have 5months to not look like a skinny-fat redditor or my summer's over before it even begins:wow:

5 months is a long time bro. Any time I wanna cut body fat, I run and I lift.

Yeah, I don't get why so many Somalis are skinny fat. I wonder if it's down to bad diets or genetics? It's probably both.

Just came back from the gym and saw this thread funnily enough. I tend to go gym 2-3 days a week and changed my whole diet. I also aim to drink 2-3L water per day.

5 months is more than enough time for body recomposition but I've just started a new dangerous love affair with Macaroons :wow:

Skinny-fat tends to be the default for most races except West Africans. Somalis don't have Mr Olympia tier muscle building genetics, but we're alright. We cuck the f*ck out of pajeets, indoyaars and arabs though lol
