We all say we want to return to Somalia, but realistically, what do you think? Do you think they’ll be born and raised here? Or do you think they’ll be born in Somalia, either willingly or becauase the alt-right took power and deported us all?

Chances of our grandchildren even being somali are slim. The goal is to go back and have western citizenship just in case. But i think we'll all get swallowed up and assimilated.

What’s the point of even having children if you’re gonna raise them in the West? Better to just live the single life to death or marry an infertile women.

It's too damn HOT!
I mean you're asking if Somalia will get any better which is the only other option besides the west. The answer is a flat hell no. My kids will be raised in the west.

My grandfather was born in UK, I’m second generation Somali Canadian, my child is third generation, it’s safe to say they will. :pachah1:

Yes. When in Rome, do as the Romans do. We will assimilate

My quarter Somali kids and their half Somali mothers or fathers will come and visit me in my nursing home when I'm 87 yrs old.

Oh God no. I plan on having and raising my children back home in Somalia. Why on earth would you want to raise children and even retire around gaalo? That's just a recipe for disaster. :faysalwtf:At the very least let them spend some of their youth back home before sending them overseas for school or what not.

AUN, I wonder how common this was, I heard of another case in the 50's but he was hanged.

I don't know if he was executed. My grandfather migrated from baadiye to britain just to see him. when he visited him in jail, he told him that the prison guards castrated him and abused him in jail.

btw are you a second or third generation ?
