Even muslims in muslim nations are turning to sharia for a answer.

The young generation who are meant to be the most progressive have turned their backs on democracy.
Such is the cycle in the Middle East. Arabs clamour for Sharia and then when it arrives they end up begging for secularism. Arab nations are stable and prosperous when they are secular. Then when these secular leaders are deposed or undermined, everything burns down (Syria and even Iraq to some extent come to mind)

Syria pre-war was lovely. Literally a tourist hotspot. So yes, a Syria where Assad is actually in control instead of fighting American funded rebels and khawarij Islamists is preferable. Sharia is not at all why Saudi Arabia is developed lol. It helps to sit on the second largest oil reserve in the world

Despite the vehement opposition some may express towards the Shari'a, it remains an immutable truth that they will ultimately be judged by it, both in the present and the hereafter, by decree.

powerful empires were religious not secular. the only recent powerful secular empire was the soviet union which was atheist.

The age of empires is over. The global consensus is that imperialism is a negative. Even then, these empires didn’t subject religious laws onto their subjects for the most part

If we skip the history of the middle east for the past 1300 years and look past all this mental and physical colonialism then it appears that way.

The only time the middle east thrived in the past thousand years was under sharia.

Ok, Europe thrived even more under Christian and Enlightenment ideals in the same time period. Should we go and install Christian theocracy worldwide?

The reason these places thrived was because of imperialism which under the current geopolitical climate and foreseeable future is a BIG no no. The nation state is King now and the Caliphate isn’t coming back in this lifetime.

most of the people living in idlib would flee if Assad took over. this reason why Assad handlers in Russia decided with turkey to not advance any futher in "liberating" Syria to not cause another refugee crisis.

They did do well under those systems but only 1 is from God.( i understand you are a christian and you disagree with that point howe

The muslim nation have all the resources they need within their own lands their is no need for colonialisation all muslims need is good governance.

Also there is always a chance for the caliphate to come back.

The occupation in Idlib ran out thousands of Christians. Assad would rightly be de-Jihadifying the province

Yes, from a secular standpoint, Sharia law is needed due to the way it maintains the natural order. For instance, there are no trans persons who believe they are an entirely distinct gender under Sharia law. Cities will be safer, for illustration, in Saudi Arabia, in which individuals can leave their purses or electronic devices and return to find them still there. However, I believe that sharia law will not be implemented until the mehdi arrives. Countries with Sharia law, such as Iran, are driving people away from Islam because they utilize Sharia law to maintain control.
