turnitin but you pretty much need someone to make a upload link for you

it's built for teachers but i think it's open to anyone

Yeah there's Turnitin. I just don't know if you're able to use it on your own though. I've only ever used it to send in papers. You upload your file and it'll highlight anywhere it suspects plagiarism and also give a percentage of the amount that's plagiarised.

Thank god i dont have to take those dumb political science and psychology courses anymore, essays are my kryptonite.
:susp:
i never understood why you guys have to take classes that have nothing to do with your major. if you chose a degree in maths, why do you have to take classes in English, science etc..

Thats the curriculum in Canada, you have to take certain credits in courses not related to you degree. It's absolutely the worst, I think they just do it to torture guys like us who thrive on technical courses like maths etc under the pretext that we will be well rounded students. Pfft bullshit

You take it in your first year as pre-requisites, then for the next three years you study your actual major and for your final year you do an internship or placement.

lol its such a waste of time... do you at least spend most of the time learning your major?
i tried out for computer science, i was told to go learn spanish, german, and do some plumbing classes. i told them ''sure no worries ill be back tomorrow'', and that was it.:drakekidding:
