In Romania, the native Romanians have an IQ of 100 while the Romanian Gypsies are at 70. In India, the Brahmin score 110 while the Dalits are at 70.

Why wouldn't something like this not exist in Somalia? I doubt the Warsangeli, Midgaan, and Bantu have the same IQ.

The gypsies are not part of the Romanian ethnic group. They have origins in India. Somalis as an ethnic group are more or less genetically similar, i'm not talking about Bantus or other separate ethnic groups.

That IQ score is based on Ethiopian/Kenyan IQ, they never tested Somalis. Problem is even the Ethiopian IQ score is based on 200 (small sample size) poor orphan boys. And the Kenyan IQ score was found to have been manipulated (Richard Lynn omitted higher Kenyan IQ scores from his final score).
