Do Somali men expire for marriage as well?

We all know that women don't have infinite time to get married and have children, especially if they want to be chosen by a highly desired man. Is it the same for a man, even if he takes care of himself?

Op im going to ask you a question.

Are you married?

Are you interested in marriage?

Do want to get married?

Why are so scared to get married?

It’s been years. Are u ever going to do it?

No, I've seen old awoowa's start family like they are still young, but it's not a good decision to do that. As long as a men has lacaga and support a family he will not expire. The expiration comes from not having any lacaga

Not married. I am however interested in learning more about it but I don't want to marry because I don't think I would enjoy it. Obviously I can't tell for sure without experience which is why I want to learn more from others who have been newly wed

I never get any replies from people who are married tho lol

Everyone on this forum is below marriage age if they got married they would stop posting to the forum either because they dont have time to posting or they dont want their wife to see what they are saying on this space. I think you will have a better luck posting on the reddit

Give it a try but I’d recommend you to watch videos of marriage e.g marriage counsellor, divorce videos and ideas about it.
We’re in different a world though. Talk to people you’re close about marriage. That are.

Indeed he does. His scalp hair departs him (bidaar), he begins to dress in this strange manner common among male FOB Somals; the oversized dress-shirt and work trousers juxtaposed with cheap looking leather shoes or, for some inconceivable reason, dusty looking sneakers. Some, from years of their metabolic system finally caving under the weight of bariis iyo basto, begin to develop a prodigious belly whilst the less fortunate among them become as corpulent as President Geele of Djibouti, the size of their derriere outcompeting that of their wife.

Alongside all this physical degeneration he becomes a feeble-minded creature who spends more time at cafes gabbing about politics he will have little to no effect upon with his peers. Fadhi ku dirir, these specimens call it. He drinks much coffee and at times smokes much shisha, often shirks his responsibilities as father and husband beyond paying the bills until he eventually croaks from a heart-attack or lung cancer prematurely. He leaves behind him at times an alarming fortune of savings that his relations fight amongst themselves for. Usually it is the worst when the deceased had greedy sisters who see to it that they secure his monies and assets before any of his issue might do so.

'tis a most harrowing existence, the lives of these male Somals.

Despite his state he will still be brimming with confidence. "Kaalay, adeer." he will beckon you as he gives you advice at times of surprising value. You gaze upon him and look for the results of his advice upon his person and find none. His hypocrisy becomes apparent but his well-meaning, kind at heart demeanor gives you pause. "Haye, adeer." you say and walk off with his counsel.
