I think it's a nice country Djibouti, it could do better though. I don't think ismail ghelle is needed anymore he is gone past he is used by date. Djibouti has the highest gdp per capita in east africa. Can it be higher yes but it stands at 2k. Eritrea is 400, ethiopia 700. Remember this, jabuti is basically only Issa. He doesnt have hawiye-darod-dir-isaaq like the mainland plus not a large diaspora because they never had a war so their people haven't gone overseas to develop further.
