As a Djiboutian I’ll explain why Djibouti City is like this. It’s not a flood it’s when heavy rain comes but there are no storm drains there. It doesn’t go to one place but stays there until it dries up. I endured one during Cyclone Sagar recently.Ileen it was true Somali lands are getting greener thanks to climate change.
