What if he went back home and married a 16 year old and had the nerve to come back and stay at the house like nothing happened. What if the boys were protecting their mom? What if he took all the money she was saving for years and had a wedding for himself back in Somalia.

Well this happened yesterday and my friend got the call yesterday. Obviously there is a lot the father didnt tell us. But he said 3 sons, their age and the lifestyle they in. He tried to kick them out they beat him and he ran. He wants someone respected in the community to talk to them and dont want police now. I will know a lot more later today
Because of what they are involved in and not respecting the house.

I was taught to listen to both sides, if someone comes to you with an open wound in their stomach and says they've been stabbed by so and so, don't jump the gun, what if he killed the person.

A few nights/months in county as a short taste of the life their chosen path is destined to on a charge that won’t actually ruin their life might actually be enough to jolt them back to reality, and see that there are repercussions for their actions, but Somalis love to coddle.
tbh Im just fecking with her. But I think the father right now dont want to make things worse and even though getting the police is the right choice. It may make them more angry and make the situation more poisoned.

How more poisoned can it get? It’s possibly too late unless something drastic happens. Do they really think a sheikh will make a difference, they’ll probably think he’s a so to speak, if their father was kosher to jump like it was a schoolyard rumble. Do you know the father?
