A tragedy happened in my personal life so i turned rogue and hustled like mad + i was working part time while doing the dirt.

Being born to a pathetic ethnic group and coming from a desolate nation is enough for individuals to go through traumatic experiences let alone depression and over time , they may try to let go of their past and move on forward but it'll eventually catch up with the rest of their lives , even if they try to conceal their outcry due to ostracization or getting your legs shackled by your loved ones many will often contemplate suicidal thoughts as they've concealed their depressions from the public spectrum out of fear of being mistreated since this is considered taboo in Somali society

Ofcourse there are plenty of opportunistic individuals criminals and con artists like Dr Hyena and so these called wadaads that cannot even recite one verse from the Surah properly without mumbling
gibberish random chants
will label themselves as Ruqyah specialists
and have the advantages of exploiting the vulnerable and gullible Somalis.

Unfortunately depression is non existent according to Somalis , it's likely that they're interpreting differently due to their misconceived beliefs , inconsiderate illogical and misperceived thinking.
They attach mental health issues and depression as Lower faith or Imaan, putting individuals at dismay and further risks.
Perhaps it's their selfish nature

Depression is a generational thing, if one of your parents or grandparents had it and they didn't treat the cycle will continue the offsprings will get it too.

So one day, out of the blue, she book a ticket, flew to kismayo , her home town, and in the early morning of 5 am, she pour gasoline on herself & burnt herself to death. She was drunk tho. My question is how do u get access to alcohol in Somalia? madness right?>

Alcohol always existed in Somalia, my parents told me even in djbouti its easy to find ...

well I have it, both from my mom side and my dad side. my two eedo from dad side used to talk to themselves. They had episodes of sanity and insanity. but they had such beautiful hearts, which I never inherited. from my mom side, is more like depression caused by childhood trauma. My ayeeyo abandoned her, and she went to marry the brother of her deceased husband, father of my mom. Hooyo used to be treated like a cinderala maid by my wabeneya relatives until my dad married her at age 16. He was her prince charming.

I think my parents low-key have some form of mental illness, I'm trying to diagnose them . You wouldn't tell though they're functioning well in society.....

I think that's where I get my narcissistic traits from.....
