They'll be a plea deal eventually as Dabcasar will be persuaded by serious cash offer. He loves money.

When that plea agreement comes is months from now. He will be bailed out by this week but he will scared to death when his lawyer informs him that he faced 30 years in jail if he is found guilty. Dabcasar will drop it and prosecutor and defense lawyers ( usually buddies ) will agree on a settlement. I'm afraid the kid is gonna come out of it bruised and $50k demolished.
