I remember hearing a Somali woman brought her daughter to a library near us, where help is offered to students in middle and high school in out school district for doing the homework. As soon as she left the library and was in the parking lot, this tall, well-built madow guy in his late teens took her purse by force and ran. So basically people who rob women and elderly are all over US.
