I don’t know much about this conflict is Rwanda winning or losing ? if This deal is signed a future leader can’t back out of it they just handed over the worlds most valuable mineral to the US cobalt


Don't be to harsh on them most resource rich nations need the backing of a superpower and China has so far been unwilling to defend Congo
