Aegon
The Conqueror, King of all Westeros
Without kidding, I spent 1 year shooting my evenings with 5 hours of bodybuilding per week from Monday to Friday. I invested in dumbbell kits, a weight bench, etc.
And overall I'm 99% of my time dressed, you can't see that I'm muscular. The only place where you can see it is my ass, which is bulging, but concretely a girl could just think that I have a big ass, not a muscular ass.
My abs, my biceps, my pecs? Invisible under my clothes. The only cool thing is that before I was a little slouched in my posture and now I stand very straight.
No kidding, don't waste your time, at most do two bodybuilding sessions a week to stay in shape and keep yourself straight, but don't waste your time doing this every night of the week. I was going home after work, and directly I was doing my bodybuilding hour without any pleasure just in "must do" mode.
Reducing to 1 to 2 sessions per week has changed my life, because we don't realize the abysmal time that it takes bodybuilding, for in the end benefits almost zero apart from the posture of the back.
