cobblestones have a huge lifespan than asphalt paving.

Also asphalt is very expensive and you can't find the substance in every country. For cobblestone you just need stone.

Cobblestone will drain rains and floods which is good because we don't have sewers.

Also its very easy to set and does not require any skills to set cobblestone.

It will bring jobs to many citizens which is good for a country with 75% unemployment

Btw we will only use cobblestone as pavements , in neighborhood and small streets.

Main roads should be asphalt paved because Cobblestone are functional for drivers.
