Ictraaf hasn't come because we had little to nothing to offer to the world in terms of resources.We had no significance in their eyes.Ictraaf could only be achieved by ourselves.We have been working towards that goal in the last 27 years.Our accomplishments are enormous.We have become a stable and peaceful democratic nation with its own currency and who doesn't rely on general budget support from developed nations like most Sub-Saharan African countries like Somalia.
