According to officials, the three victims were roadside khat traders injured by debris from the explosion.
The cause of the explosion is still unknown, and there has been no immediate claim of responsibility.
Mogadishu’s mine action police force is investigating the blast site. The targeted vehicle was escorted by ATMIS troops, who were unharmed, although the explosion severely damaged the car.

Nah I think we should Increase Taxes on the planes and Business Owners who bring Khat, I dont want to tax a lady on the side of the road making 40 Profit off a khat to feed her and her family.
