No, he’s not. The belief that being a descendant of Muhammed saw makes you better than other Muslims or closer to Islam is khalad and wholely unislamic. It’s plain jahiliyah. We aren’t Christians or Shias that believe in a “divine” lineage. Isn’t that how Shias came to be? By believing the family of the prophet saw should rule instead of a companion?
