Nacasyeen those people opposing the one man one vote scared and knowing full well they won't get voted for by the public and their high prestige status in their clans will be nullified in the government I hope this bill passes and Somalia follows in suit since this can greatly combat the rate of incompetent leaders and give more chance for COMPETENT people and allow people to vote and not some old fart who should be in a retirement home.
