Here you're clearly referring to the new "Federal State". The new "Federal State" goes against your constitution by claiming Buhodle, a district of another region. According to your constitution, a Federal State has to consist of 2 or more regions and those regions are the pre 1991 ones. Altering the Pre-1991 Regional borders makes it an illegal Federal State.

the two are not mutually exclusive, one can be pro somaliweyn and be against a federal state. the truth is galmudug militia attack people using galmudug weapons. we saw that in afbarwaaqo and even then they got karbashed and we also saw that in kaxandhaale and they got karbashed there also.

every village and city in galmudug is heavily fortified and the nomads are heavily armed and will fight to death for a waterhole. there is to much mistrust for galmudug to function.

I have relatives from Ceelbuur so I know. My point is, Somali nomads fighting and attacking each other is a reality all over Somaliweyn. So yes it is mutually exclusive. If you support qabyalad then do that like some of the posters on here. If your vision is Somaliweyn beyond nomadic clans fighting over sparse resources because we’re currently poor then that’s another thing.
