Most of the Somalis that were in day care left before the police cracked down.

A decade ago, Somalis were the ppl who started the phenomenon and formed the bulk of the industry. However, the community is extremely underrepresented in arrests lool.

My family weren’t in that area but most Somalis that were involved made it out intact. Their main problem is that the loopholes are closed.

Personally, I think anyone that scammed should pay it back cos it’s immoral.
