I imagine it will have a great infrastructure in the sense of things looking modern but the deep root of the problems will not make it last passed the oil money. Qabiil and no followers meaning no respect for leaders and laws. It has to be flawless for it to work no criminal of some big Qabil can get away with their crimes solely based on their qabil and if they do the rest will not care. Anyway even on the business side of this Somalis don't trust their professionals to be exceptional they'll always hire foreign engineers and designers to develop the so called infrastructure.

If Somalia has good revenue sharing agreements with both the mining companies and FMS as well as setting up a sovereign wealth fund, anything is possible.
