In my expericne of shukansying many mnay girls, also also working with them,
i have concluded that female are terrible for leadership:
they lack wisdom, they lack confidence, when shit hits the fan they get stuck for even taking simple action, are clueless, usually scared easily, they are not aggressive enough and cannot dominate,
also the lack empathy, a man who lead from the front and be an example, he will even die for the grater cause, females dont care, they just dont get concerned about those they lead
they are also simplistic, cannot grasp big axioms, cannot think deep
female bosses dont take responsibility for those they lead, they ran mentality when needed, the dont rise up,
This is why God never sent a female profit, because they dont care for culture, deen, daan etc, if she falls in love she will run off, even if he is bantu, gaal, etc, she is not concerned about culture, kids future,
this is why many somali girls marry ex prisoner who converted 3 days ago, she doesn't think he is a fufu bantu, criminal records and maybe has STD, she doesn't care and will disown family for him,
then later when he knocks her up she will come back and beg

4) for for communist/socialist leaders who wish to spent, tax, borrow, since they dont have wisdom

You miss the draw good values have in a society like Somalis. Liberalism means different things to different people. Not everything about that is good, and not everything about it is bad. So, it depends on what you have in mind and what you think the youth will accept as a culture different from their elders.
An example:
- Purity of lineage can never be compromised in Somalis. Anything that leads to children being born out of wedlock, somalis will never accept. Sleeping around with people you are not married to and living with them in an apartment will never be accepted in Somalia for a fact as something normal. This form of partnership is a culture now in the west and is considered freedom of choice. 50 years ago, that was not as common in America. So things changed. But a country like Somalia, this will never happen because it will contradict a fundamental cultural and Islamic teaching.
This is just one example.
Mention what you think the somali youth will accept. And depending on what it is, I can tell for a fact whether that will become a norm in Somalia or not. If there is one thing that can benefit somalis as a culture exists in the west, It is the lack of tribal system. Somalis have better reason to ditch that tribal system since they share single ethnicity and language and repalce it with meritocratic system.
