Yes, Somalis can build good muscle. I would show you guys mine, however I'm too busy selling frankincense in the markets of Thessaloniki. I will be heading to southern Hellas in a few days time. It is because when you think of a somali guy toothpicks come to mind Big up to the ones hitting the gym. Keep doing your thing

Everyone can build muscle, I weigh 90kg at 5'10 muscle, if I cut 10 kilos of I'll be ripped but bulking atm. They say Somali genes are fucked cause not a lot of us lift and take nutrition serious.

My friend went from fat to skinny due to diet . After that he want on a bulk diet , hit the gym and has gained A lot of muscle . The fellow goes to gym before work . You can do it if you put in the work, eat right and understand the suugo science.
