Camel meat

I'm aware. Camel hump fat is called "Kurus" or at least that's one of its names which is a play on the word "Kursi" for chair. I know they used to eat it raw as well and can't blame them. Animal fat in general is sublime but I gotta tell ya that it's a whole other ballgame when you cook this stuff a bit with liver.

It's amazing used as cooking oil, especially with beans.
