Somalis are an extremely emotional and unsettled bunch. Low IQ and high emotions can be a toxic mixture.
That thread is so wrong on many levels. I can never justify the starvation of Yemeni children due to the actions of a now defunct and non existent government.

The ignorance is astounding which is why a few things need to be clarified:

1) South Yemen was a Socialist/Communist Soviet proxy state who was at war with their own neighbors i.e North Yemen and were allied with Ethiopia based on political philosophy. They had no interest in establishing ties based on religious/cultural affiliations. They also had limited sovereignty which meant that they themselves were somewhat coerced to join.

2) Many of the leading figures of South Yemeni politics were themselves Somalis due to their historical connection with Aden. Many of the parliamentarians in Aden who voted to support Ethiopia were ethnic Somali Adenis (Isaaq/Warsans/Dhulbahantes).

3) The Ethiopian ambassador to South Yemen was an ethnic Somali politician named Ali Harare (Gadabursi Dir clan) who also became the first leader of Dire Dawa regional state. He was instrumental in gaining South Yemeni support in defending the territorial integrity of Ethiopia. This was an interview with Ali Harare and speaks about the war and his own role:

Having established that Somalis themselves were involved in a war AGAINST their own country, should innocent Somali kids bear responsibility?
Nobody has harmed Somalis more than Somalis themselves. Nobody has killed more Somalis than Somalis themselves. Nobody has deprived Somalis of their rights more than other Somalis. So the real enemy are Somalis themselves.

Even if we implicate the Yemeni government, how does that justify wishing harm on children who aren't politicians nor understand the technicalities that I just mentioned?

Should I be blamed for something that a Somali administration did 40 years ago?

Does Somali Nationalism = Revenge, retribution, anger, malice, hatred, animosity, conflict etc?

f*ck it! Being proud of being Somali doesn't mean I wish death on children. f*ck dat shit right there. Go to Hell.

Why should I care about the death of freaking yemenis? I don't have any ties with them, they hate my kind and i hate them too.
To each their own, they should die as some of ours were dead. It's a part of life.
Move on.

Truly embarassing how much bile these low IQ children spread across the internet behind anon accounts.

South Yemen was a Marxist dictatorship, not a democracy. The general public had zero input on decision-making in the war( which was directed by the Soviets anyway)

The vast majority of Yemenis suffering from humanitarian disaster today arent even in the South. They are in the North, which wasnt even a party to that war. Even then, South Yemen played a marginal role in the final miltiary result. It was the intervention of the Cubans and the shipments of the Soviets that were decisive.

This is all irrelevant anyway, since facts don't matter to gutter trolls. Its embarassing how much perverse pleasure you seem to get from offending people anonymously.

Already can guess the social profiles behind these accounts and the cheerleaders here:

-Underemployed if employed at all
-Little education
-Limited social circles outside of the internet

>Using the low IQ as an argument.
You're the typical Arab-booty clapper here.

Using personal attacks is not an argument.
Yemenis are known for their racial stances. They hate and i'm talking about a personal experience. It's not new that these people hate blacks, somali blacks and Africans in general. Why on earth should we care about them? Their death are not ours.
As we suffered and nobody cared, we shouldn't care about them as well. I wish them suffer and misery as they wished to my kind the same thing over the past years and as they mistreated some of my family members.

Now, move on and stop this bullshit.

Fundraising for charity isnt "saving" anyone , nor will it transform Yemen. These oppression rankings and imagined scenarios you guys invent appear to stem from deep inferiority complexes and confusion about identity. I thought you anon types were supposed to be the opposite of the SJWs LOL.

There were private fundraisers for Somalia all over Arab media in 2011 during the Somali famine. The claim that no similar charity appeals were made for Somalia can be easily disproven by a Google search. That was the same year Turkey became a major donor to Somalia ( hint not part of your imagined "Cushite" alliance).

Its only when your fragile identity delusions are placed against another (Arabs, Africans, Muslims whatever) that you trolls suddenly care about all Somalis and their wellbeing. Meanwhile this forum is littered with people mocking Somali misfortune over petty qabil grievances. Perverse and embarassing.

“Guards at the migrant detention center in Aden have brutally beaten men, raped women and boys, and sent hundreds out to sea in overloaded boats,” said Bill Frelick, refugee rights director at Human Rights Watch. “The crisis in Yemen provides zero justification for this cruelty and brutality, and the Yemeni government should put a stop to it and hold those responsible to account

The migrant detention center, in Aden’s Buraika neighborhood, is a converted marine science research center. Since early 2017, it has held several hundred Ethiopian, Somali, and Eritrean migrants, asylum seekers, and refugees, though as of April 2018, only about 90, primarily Eritrean, migrants remained.

(New York) –Yemeni government officials have tortured, raped, and executed migrants and asylum seekers from the Horn of Africa in a detention center in the southern port city of Aden, Human Rights Watch said today. The authorities have denied asylum seekers an opportunity to seek refugee protection and deported migrants en masse to dangerous conditions at sea.

Former detainees said guards sexually assaulted women, girls, and boys regularly. Boys would be taken at night: “Every night, they would take one, to rape them,” a former detainee said. “Not all of them. The small ones. The little ones. I know seven boys who were sexually assaulted… You could hear what was happening.” Several former detainees said the boys would come back unable to sit, sometimes crying, and occasionally telling the others what had happened.

Somalia is the new home for 30,560 people who have fled the fighting in Yemen and are trying to adjust to life in a country that – while no longer written off as a “failed state” – certainly has its challenges

In puntland they are treated like guest, not to be wronged and disturbed.
Wallahi ma awoodaan gobnimo, ma ba karaan, its not in their dna.
We safeguard them and they violate our sons , they are worse than the people of Lot saw.

I have many anecdotes from family members and friends who were in contact with Yemenis from Yemen, because the ones in Djibouti are OKAY.
The ones in Yemen, the FOBS, are racists, hate blacks and even Horners. They have maids from Ethiopia and they treat as animals. How can a horner support this? While some of them (yemenis) are darker than a Dankali, these people have the nerve to call you "black". I'm dead, they should go extinct. Viva Saoudi Arabia! Make them kiss the sand and disappear

Actually my argument was not constructed on any personal attacks. I simply made an observation about what likely fuels trolls who make fake social media accounts (underemployment, ID crisis, no companionship)

I like how you didnt even attempt to address any of the points I laid out in the paragraphs you quoted. All I see in your response as another rendition of the Oppression Olympics ("nobody cares about us") and generalizations entirely based on anecdote ( "they think Im abeed")

Somalis moved back and forth from Aden for centuries, far before any refugees fled that after the Civil War. Same for Yemenis from Hadhramut, Taiz, and Hodeida to Somalia. I know you want to badly feel you are oppressed, but the fact is many lived normal lives and were well-integrated into society. Since Aden's downward spiral many went back to Somalia/SL/ or other parts of the region. Sorry to report, it was not the hell-hole of your imagination for every Somali. That post civil war refugees were mistreated, is not surprising, they are in extremely precarious positions in a poor country. This is no different than the experiences of IDPs in Somalia outside of their home region, who routinely get abused, exploited, assaulted.

I dont care if you miserable trolls get off on mocking famines, but its amusing to see you try to claim there is some sort of ideology or rationale behind sociopathic behavior.

You violate your own people moron. It'll take me three seconds to find hundreds of cases of IDP sexual assault in Puntland.

Oh wait, they are only your people when the ID crisis kicks in.
