Why do somalis do this loool.

I get that parents or 1st generations refugee might find it hard to not sound like they're fresh off the boat. But honestly, why do I see young people imitating this action. It's totally pointless.

E.g, words like: "gangster" mutates to the most unaesthically pleasing abomination of a word in the history of somalikind: "gangerstir".

Sometimes I do it subcounciously. Like the other day I was talking to my uncle and said Wallahi Waa Broblem and then I said ninkas wuxu I aha futbool kowch.
