The entire country from coast to coast is under terrorist hegemony of the Anglo-American-Zionists, their middle-man puppeteers from the middle east (UAE/Saudi), the peasant food soldiers that is Amisom/Ethiopia/Kenya and right at the bottom are the shabab/qabiilist dupes used against their own.
All these elements work in unison with each other coordinating their efforts, moving the capital makes no difference, there is a CIA base in every region in the country and they have been there for decades, why do you think they are there?
There are daily flights from their Djibouti base to Koonfur were they supply ISIS/Shabab, you can track those cargo flights through
https://www.flightradar24.com/ they don't even hide, you will often find more flights going in and out of Somalia then Ethiopia with 10x the population (and that's not even considering the flights that have their transponders off)
The primary reason why places in Koonfur are chaotic is people are fighting back against them, hence the physical approach is used to subdue them, it's the only place were a revolution is possible like we saw with ICU, it's the place that frightens them all and the criminal elements are being dismantled hence the fight backs.
I have travelled up and down Somalia, there is negligible revolutionary spirits in P/land and S/land in terms of Somaliweyn/Anti Imperialism/Anti Xabashi, the people and it's leadership have accepted the hegemony hence no need for physical shackles, you see this everywhere you go, don't even take my words for it, just look around on this forum to see for yourself.
The entire roster from Somaliland that post on here I have only ever encountered two nationalists
@jugjugwacwac &
@Duke of Bohol, for Puntland I have only ever seen brother
@Rorschach show strong Somaliweyne sentiments, the people of Sool are the only exception to this and it's not a coincidence sool is the most impoverished area as a result.
There is no need to destabilise those areas as there is no threat, however from J/land, South-West, Benadir & Galmudug the threat is real hence all the active destabilization's that takes place there it's not a coincidence by any means, they have even moved troops there.
I can give you an endless list of the people from those regions including even Ogaden that are Nationalist/Anti Federalists and Pro Somaliweyne whom only post on SSPOT, nevermind the wider public.
Hence revolution can and will only come from those regions until a day comes when the roles reverse which I don't see happening in my life time, the day they decide to move the capital, even the dupes and criminal elements they have set up themselves, fund and whose networks are being dismantled will turn revolutionary.
The proof is in the pudding, not a single revolutionary thought/movement/group came from the North after the collapse of Somalia despite almost 30 years of peace between them.
