Let me add 1 thing: Impose a war tax in areas controlled by Somali govt. This war tax should only be used for the effort to support #SNA and Macawisley. South - Central Somalia needs at least 100,000 Macawisley forces. This war tax would sustain them in this effort.

The way things are, whatever funding available to the current Somali govt can't sustain the number of Macawisley forces needed to hold territories. This war tax should fill this void.
