Indeed. It appears that as warning, they have attacked a Liido hotel. But next time, it will be Mahad Salad's hotel. So you will not see any Shabaab harmed in Mogadishu in the forseeable future else he will be shown no mercy.

I the hotel attacked was near the hotel 30 jir 30 milyan haysta owns so he’s trying to take that other hotel out of business.

I got word from it back home aswell, apparently there were multiple loud explosions then a shootout inside the hotel. From what I know they still haven’t been cleared out
