There’s many routes to-from kismaayo to dhobley other than that road. Rainy season is bad for traveling but it hasn’t been crazy raining for the past few years.
Couldnt they solve this with a bunch of DJI drones so they can see the enemy coming? Im sure thats what Ukranians have been using against the russians.

Yep, Some High Ranking Troops where killed or fled the area before it was over run leaving everything behind. Also reported that Madoobe went to Kenya right after he was told of the attack.
He traveled the morning it happened, he didn't even take an hour or two to visit wounded or make tacsi. While bulldozers were brought in to dig mass Graves he decided he needed time to chill. Also some elders went to him, but he told them I have stuff to do.
Also he doesn't pay military. We talk bad about HSM but here's madoobe who didn't pay the military for 6 months. He pays them once every 6 months and gives them 100 bucks.
From kismayo to birta dheer is 40 bucks. So the mothers, wives, sisters and family can't even see their deceased loved ones. They got buried without being seen by their family.

I just seen it on facebook, SNA and every Military in Somalia should study this attack and prepare accordingly. This will not be the last time and they always use this same tactics.

The only people Alsheydaan fear are Sufis from Galgaduud & Mudug.
I remember in 2009/10 intense fighting in at isgoyska dabka & makah almukarama road between Sufis from Gobolada Dhexe and Alsheydaan, these mfkers run for their lives every time.
One day I was visiting at my uncle's house in Dabka the sufis were doing xadra and start using Suug, Saban, Dshike, Bkm and Bazuuke against Alsheydaan.
They showed who's superior in the fighting.
Sufis were even attacking them at night time, usually Somalis don't fight at night.
They xooged Alshabaab which caused them leave Xamar

Yes those Eyr Sufis were Savages, Along with the Troops of Gobaly and Leban Madexwayne, They pushed Shabaab from Dabka all the way to Suuqa Xolaha.
