Just admit that HDI is low, it's nothing to be ashamed of when it's true. Their human development is low and leads to inferior economy, inferior quality of life, inferior brain power. There is huge drain on human capital there, even when they do some work, it's of the lowest quality, no timetables, no nidaam, no methodologies to speed up production and compete. Even their pharmacies you can't trust with out dated medication, their food quality is low, innovation is absent u will never see a supply chain in somalia it's always overseas their market constantly since they know inaysan suuq fican gabin
