I wish it was a seaside town, but nonetheless this project looks very good

I saw in one of the latest video that they chose this location because it is on a higher altitude than the rest of the area, so the weather will be cooler.

It's so beautiful, I can't wait to see this replicated across Puntland.

Amazing interview with the developer, he explains that they are building a neighbourhood on-par of what you will see in developed nations. They will follow all the modern town-planning rules.

The new neighbourhood will be only 5 minutes away from Bender-Qaasim Airport, and also about 5 minutes from Bosaso city itself.

It will be 55 Meters above sea-level, so the weather will be cooler than Bosaso itself. It's also suitable to plant/grow vegetation, which is key as the neighborhood will have a large park as well as have trees lining the streets.

They are planting 10,000 trees + affordable electricity and water.

@PuntiteQueen we need to plant trees like these all over puntland. The weather will get better when there is more trees it means more rains. Look at this open area at 6:21 mark we should plant trees like that so range-lands look like a deep forest. We should target the hills and mountains for planting trees so when people view puntland, it will have mountains and hills like calmadow.

This is a great town plan by Bosaso for Guryasamo. There is like 9 paved roads coming, parking facilities, international standard houses-hospital-school-malls and even the central water pipeline is there. It even has dedicated 'park'. This a great gated community.

I hope New Garowe can unleash how far their 'new gated neighborhood' is progressing. New Garowe and Guryasamo are multi million dollar investments, only garacad port and el-dahir to erigavo is larger in scale and scope. to all the haters while the doctor checks out puntland development

Garowe is the safest city in Puntland why do you need a gated community there

it makes sense for Bosaso and Galkacyo considering threats
