I dont see the point in identifying as African tbh, thats a given.

The term black means nothing to me personally. Yes I am aware of white people see me as black. But I dont feel closer to a Caribbean person or American person because we share similar skin color. Just as a Canadian dont feel he has nothing in common with a Serbian. I feel much closer and care more about the problems muslims who are not black face than non muslim blacks

There are blacks in North Africa but most North Africans are not black.
Sub Saharan Africans = Black Africans. And people of Sub-Saharan African decent are considered to be black. And before you mention the Chinese/Indians in Africa, obviously I am talking about the natives.
Basically if you are a dark skinned African, you fall under the worlds classification of BLACK. This includes Somalis.

But who created these labels......hell there was a time where any mixed person with black was seen as black. One drop rule. You are fighting hard to adhere to race separations white man created. Even now we see black people get angry when they see mix raced people who dont identify as black and their argument is well the white man see you as black, so it doesnt matter. People have the right to call themselves as what they see themselves and not just accept what others see them as. Grouping black people together as one is one of the mentalities that hold us back. White people dont do this and before you say its because white people rule society. I say in order to rule a society you need to fix your mentality and stop with the this is how they see us so thats what we are. Instead you should say this is what I am and this is how YOU are gonna see me.
