Not defending police. But the video starts with her arrest. There is a way to deal with police and I doubt they were just walking around and randomly point to her and say show your id and once she says i dont have id they aggressively arrested her

Hmm anyone can follow law and order when it benefits yourself. That doesn't make one race more "refined" than the other.

Whites only follow the law because they created the law to benefit them.

The laws in Somalia are much more suited for a Somali muslim from a good tribe than a white male.
Therefore, the same can be said for American law and how it suits the clientele, which is the white

No at the end of the day a Somali-American is worse off than the AA.

Firstly, Somalis are dark-skinned (or Black, depends) as well as Muslim.

Secondly, because as Somalis automatically hold Somali citizenship, it allows the US to terminate your citizenship whenever they deem necessary. That is because you would still be a citizen of a nation.

African-Americans however, despite their sad history, cannot have their citizenship terminated and is duly represented in his nation.

Example: The laws of Somalia are made for Somalis, any minorities or foreigners would not be as advantaged as we are when it comes to law.

but blacks have been in america hundreds of years. so they are not new or from different culture. no one is denying institutional racism to some degree. But most of these videos blacks dont help themselves. Being arrested and put in a police car is not the end of the world. No point of fighting them once they decide to arrest you. If you're an African-American and you go in a police car, you're immediately going to have the stamp of an outlaw on you.

While that person may not have done the right thing, I do not blame her panic. Her reputation is flashing before her eyes, that makes people desperate.

I’m sympathetic to it, bc I know it happens. But frankly videos like these do them no favors. At first, it pulls at you bc she’s scream crying, but then you clearly see she’s trying to fight the arrest. And the fact is, this is what cops do when you resist their orders.

Like I said most videos I seen are them being wrong. Them escalating the situation and already coming in with the attitude that the police have it in for them. I know there are racist police, hell I have experienced it myself. But you have to be smarter and choose your battles. There was no need for her to fight being arrested, because I never seen police who decided to arrest someone and that person make resistance and they say oh well....he doesnt want to be arrested, lets just leave it
