The whole West is but for minorities its all back home, no country from your own excludes you from discrimination. If you don't mind discrimination, USA, France, Switz, Australia

Kenya without a doubt. Has everything you need good education and good islamic madrassas for the kids. healthy & wealthy Somali community. Nice and welcoming people (apart from the police) who are tuugo. If you got the money then UAE aint 2 bad either. Those 2 id say.

that’s incredible is your friend somali? I would like to set up something in Africa, but never know which country to go to. Kenya seems saturated I was thinking Rwanda but it’s landlocked and small with low purchasing power, never thought of chad? Is it safe?

Kenya is nice but very corrupt, it’s also over done and developed I would go to an emerging market, places that still are underdeveloped and set up something new.
