What an accomplishment! A 2 lane road being build for a place that claims functioning authority for the past 27 years. Shit is corrupt that it was recently revealed by the investigative report called Baadi Goob that the son of the President of SL has exclusive contract to provide the boots the military wears. This is the level of corruption down there. A 2 lane road is indeed an accomplishment.

Bohol is being criticised but who actually is financing that road? We need to know that to find who the stakeholder is. There was discrepancies and he pointed that out.
Is it DP World, Federal Republic of Ethiopia or UAE?
The other thing which is obvious with Cagjar's presence is obvious fact that FGS gave the go ahead and green light.
Without any signature nothing can be done that's why Prime Ministers are chased as well as President to sign developmental infrastructure projects.
Recently after Jubaland and the FGS quarreled the FGS withheld $1 Million USD and only recently approved and released it. That is why Muse is on Farmaajo's and FGS's case all the time.
We are deeply incepted to Faarax Shirdoon former PM who after we secured $10 Million repayable grant from Kuwait Fund we needed FGS authorisation for the building of Garoowe International Airport and without his approval it would never happen.
The same goes for Hargaysa EU water project, Hargaysa airport Kuwait fund upgrade etc which was squandered.
All signed by FGS/TFG Prime Ministers. If Bohol talks about that reality he is more in tune with reality than those who twist reality. He needs to be applauded calling out the obvious delusion.

I asked Bohol if he has the sources where a SL minister is contradicting himself on who's funding the corridor. He didn't give any sources so I consider it mere speculation. He also took away my privileges to post in that thread.
You have one big misconception, Somaliland doesn't have any responsibility towards Somalia like PL and JL does. Somaliland is a state of Somalia but only that in name, it is not a federal state. You know this..
Somalia and Somaliland have very little economic relations, I don't understand what you mean. Somaliland manages their own money and they get none from the Somali government.
We're isolated from each other politically and economically. Look at the DP World deal, whose signature was needed? Didn't the government of Somalia declare it null and void? You are writing discrepancies..
This deal and many deals were done without Somalia's permission. They have no part in it..
The only deals signed with SL and SO together is probably aid, infrastructure projects. It's symbolical at most and done with third parties.
