Nobody expects a man to explain himself when he says he wants a beautiful woman. It could be a woman who is slightly above average or a 10/10 stunner. So why do women have to explain themselves or be specific about what they mean by a wealthy man?

This is a nuanced topic and I don’t have the time to mention all of the variables. So of course there’s a wide range.
I’m not in the business of holding down a man who’s content with just “getting by.” You can’t make a man driven and ambitious. I can’t be with a man who has less of these two qualities than I. I’m thinking about my future children here.

I'm not too bothered about being with a wealthy man, as long as he is financially stable and can provide for me and my kids with a comfortable life, i'm good. But why should it bother me when a woman says she wants a wealthy man. Why should i get her to explain xyz, when we have no such requirements from men.
@Sumaaya, I used to have that mentality, but it dawned on me that as a society we have become threatened by women's requirements to such an extent that women themselves are policing each other to conform to men's views and to stroke their fragile egos.

Yes it happens because she loves him but you don’t hear about it because that serves the guy. His broke ass gets a wife. Men are only in uproar when a woman has high standards.
I've also noticed the only time men collectively care about love is when they want to lower a woman's standards. If a woman says I want a man that has this or that, the first thing someone says is 'what about love!'
Why does no one talk about love when they bring up a woman's beauty? Men have the ability to lust after a woman's beauty, and even dislike her as a person let alone love her.

It’s insincere. Men are self preserving and can’t handle when a woman is the same because they’re used to women bending over backwards for “love.” They figure by throwing out that word it’ll pacify a woman. I don’t operate that way; hence the controversy I cause on this forum.
Yep and no one expects a man to when he says he wants a beautiful wife. We all assume he will also take other things into consideration. People should have the same mentality when it comes to women as well.
