Some of the people who were criticising Maya and Somalis have been exposed as posting extremely degratory , often unprovoked comments about Somalis in the past .The SJW Xalimos are merely puppets who jump on anything Somalis say all the while ignoring anti - Somali comments . The young Somali kids on twitter are wrong for what they post , however there is a slight hypocrisy when people are allowed to mock Somali features , but start crying “ anti blackness “ and “ colourism” when Somalis starting mixing their features . No human should mock another humans features. That said , if the Somali kids bear the brunt of pirate , skinny , forehead jokes , terrorist , etc , from other black people , there is only one way they will retaliate . It’s like saying Bantu features are sacred but it’s ok to mock Somali features on social media .Aren’t they both African features or do they have a monopoly on how Africans should look ?

As for the colourist tendencies in the Somali community the lady mentioned , this something which exists in India , Egypt and all the way to Afghanistan
. It isn’t really about organised white supremacy or Arabs as such . This has more to do with human evolution and the differences between various groups in Africa ( Fulani vs. Bantu etc ) . Maybe I will touch on this in another thread .
