Just switch to brown rice and whole wheat spaghetti, instead of a big plate of white rice and meat, we should instead eat small portion with vegetables like steam broccoli on the side. It’s not a difficult adjustment and it’s very healthy

People always ask how I manage to gain weight every time I go to SL but I be eating good out there what really kills is the lack of variety. Bariis and Baasto taking turns every other day was bad for my health because I usually ate bariis or baasto 2-3 times a week and in SL it’s everyday baasto and bariis are not good for you. You should only eat slight amount but we Somalis fill up the plate . I can’t complain they really complimented the super fresh meat
