It's very difficult for a new person to remove without legitimate excuse, especially when you consider you have to remove the entire filthy network he has established, it's no longer about a single individual only.

These crooks play the tribal card very well knowing the masses of sheep will back them without ever holding them accountable for what they have done for the tribe, because the whole network is the same tribe, it will appear to the casual observer the war is on a particular clan.
