If found guilty then this is sad and the father needs to be put behind bars, but I'm having doubts.
If found guilty the father should be executed and his body burnt and tossed in the sea, but it’s 90% chance that it’s fake, given that another case like this went to the danish supreme court before being thrown out

Honestly, most people know I’ll defend women and children to the very end, but I have my reservations about this. I can’t imagine a Western Somali father doing this. Somali fathers never force their daughters to marry unless they’re are back home and in poverty. Also, a neighbor of mine was accused of doing FGM on her daughter when she didn’t. But the claims were instantly dismissed though as they could clearly see she didn’t. But the ordeal was horrific.
If the father did indeed do this, it’s easy to prove. Hence, I will not defend him or condemn him. We have all seen how easy it is for racist teachers and other people of that nature to point the finger. In the same breath, there are some messed up parents.

For once I actually agree with you. I have never seen a Western Somali father, sell his daughter or even marry her off under age. For what reason? I smell B.S tbh.
I am assuming she/he divorced before she married the other. This man is obviously religious so there's no way she was the wife or two men at the same time.

There are many evil fathers in Europe who have reer miyi mentality and will definently do that, especially new fobs. The "selling off" is referring to meher. The only thing that is unbelievable is being married to two men at the same time. People who make their daughters undergo FGM are capable of anything and are the ones who don't have an issue marrying their daughters to old men.
